"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. "We stayed here for a night to look around the town. The hotel is well located with an underground ar park and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and lake. Our room was a good size with plenty of power sockets and working USB outlets. It was a no frills room but everything we needed, clean and modern. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and the check in was lovely. There’s also a nice lounge too. Parking was 30CHF for the underground car park...

"Very convenient location on the way to Zurich airport, free parking and a restaurant. Nice and helpful stuff. We got an upgrade for a bigger room with a big balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony was closed due to renovation, so we'll have to return in order to see the views :)"

"Location is as good as it gets. Across the street from SBB trains, which will take you anywhere in the country in a few hours or less. Nearby, a lot of excellent shopping and dining options. Fitness Park is a five minute walk. The hotel is well run, but not staffed at the front desk in the evenings, which can sometimes be annoying. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the LEO: it was close to everything, including the train station. And St Gallen has a lot of offer, in terms of food, historically significant attractions, quick access to the Alps, and other amenities. The hotel was near an abundance of excellent dining and bar options. It has a nice contemporary design, and I would definitely visit this hotel again."
