"We had a great stay. The location was perfect, and the house was great for a couple of families. There were plenty of sleeping and recreational areas, and toys for the kids. The check-in process was a bit of a mission. I didn't receive an SMS (as advised), and the property manager just quickly gave me the code over the phone. While she was perfectly friendly, she was then impossible to get hold of when I couldn't get into the property (because I had been given the wrong code). I tried calling her three times (left an urgent message once), and texting, while we were stuck outside, and never heard back. Eventually, I rang the head office, who gave me the correct code. After this hiccough, however, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend."
