"Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. "Small agriturismo in the mountains. Very peaceful, nice pool and lovely scenery. The road to the place is a little mountainous, but paved and well kept. Place has several dogs, who are very friendly, but could be issue if allergic. Also possibility for nice dinner for reasonable price. Good idea to have someone who speaks Italian though, or a good translator app. Not much network connection. The town nearby has a good restaurant. Nice clean rooms. Strongly recommend."

"Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!:) Lovely staff ...friendliest bunch... amazing room...amazing food... and the property (so large) is out of a fairy tale!!! "Quiet room. Reservation was for 2 people but specifically requested a queen bed and a twin bed. When arrived was told it was for 2 people and one queen bed. Had to show my confirmation of reservation and then was asked to pay 20 euro more. Not sure if this is Expedia's miscommunication or a misunderstanding of host."

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed.
