"Sara was most helpful and left a generous welcome basket. Great location but being over 70 the 22 stairs leading to the apartment were difficult. Kitchen space small but adequate for two people."

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. "We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left! "
