"Nice room, good location "

"Mosquitos in the room, noisy drunk guests at 3 in the morning, noisy staff early in the mornings."

"Everything was good about the hotel except when we left and we were told we had to pay 150baht for a bathroom ( FLOOR) towel which my 5-year-old son had stood on with dirty feet from walking around the hotel & pool area, we didn't realize he stood on it but they insisted we have to pay to get it cleaned.. sorry but definitely won't be staying here again"
