"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"I had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by. "

"Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. "The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. "It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. "Fantastic few days in the apartment, it had everything you could need for a short stay and more. The apartment was close to some great restaurants and shops. Loved the hot tub at night just sat watching the stars and the city views. Would highly recommend this apartment. I hired a car but in hindsight probably would have just used the buses as parking in Malta is a bit of a problem wherever you go. "

"10/10 - FAULTLESS I celebrated my 29th birthday here over a weekend with 22 friends and the hotel accommodated to every single need I requested. They went above and beyond for me, the treatment and customer service I received was like no other. It truly was a faultless trip and that’s down to the efforts of all the staff, but in particular Martina!! Thank you again! Xx"

"Loved Malta stay at Grand Hotel Excelsior. The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and welcome drink. Raj Kumar was very friendly and helpful from front desk. He guided us on taking the Gozo day trip on our own. Excellent customer service by Raj and all others at the hotel. Reading some negative reviews on the hotel I was bit hesitant on booking, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel is walkable to the main center of Valleta. Rooms were spacious with daily housekeeping. We enjoyed our stay three days stay with Excelsior. Breakfast was good with ample choices. We would certainly stay here on our next Malta trip. Highly recommend it. "

"Malta is an exceptional country. This hotel, while not in Valletta proper, is on a number of bus routes. Malta has no train so all transportation is by bus or ferry. It's very easy. The hotel is terrific. No complaints. "

"There is nothing I can criticise with regards to the Hotel Gomerino. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was a great size with a seperate sitting area. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. A huge thing in this Hotels favour is that it is 1 minute walk away from all the restaurants and bars in Merchant St, however we never heard any noise. A great boutique hotel. "
