"This is a big old rambling cabin that we used for 13 family members to make memories. We cooked, laughed, played ping-pong, roasted marshmallows, enjoyed the hammock, and went for short hikes (having a 2- and 3-year-old with us meant naptimes in the middle of the day). We even set up tents so some of the youngest of us could experience sleeping in a tent. We heard coyotes but didn't see a lot of wildlife other than birds. The cabin is comfy and welcoming with the caveat that there are a lot of mounted antlers and some taxidermy work, which unnerved a couple of us, but it was workable nonetheless.You will absolutely not need to bring dishes: they have it all. We would absolutely love to return!"

"This cabin was even better than the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful. Appointed with everything we could possibly need. We have stayed in many rentals and this was our favorite. The view is better in person. The owners were very responsive. We enjoyed hiking to see the B25 crash site at Round Top, the cave at Lost Valley, the Buffalo River area, and Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. HCR is incredible for rock climbing and mountain biking. The Ozark Cafe in Jasper was enjoyable. Harp’s in Jasper is the closest grocery store. It meet our basic needs. The rental amenities are fantastic. All of them are high quality and appear fairly new. Even the giant bean bags turn into comfortable bedding. Be advised, if you plan to arrive by motorcycle, the gravel road to the home is over a mile long. We would definitely like to stay here again. We had a wonderful experience. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good - not a typical continental breakfast. One day there were omelettes and bacon, the next day was fried eggs and sausage. Biscuits and gravy both days and cinnamon rolls (these were very good) both days. The room could have been a little quieter in the morning. We were close to a staff storage area. The price was a little high. About $215 for a Thursday and Friday night in Harrison AR seemed a little high to me, but we had to make last-minute reservations for a death in the family. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Bungalow. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and was the perfect size for 2 for our weekend getaway. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. "
