"Lovely hotel, however after travelling all day we ordered room service at the end of the day. Unfortunately, me and my partner got food poisioning from the food making the rest of our travel very hard. We asked staff about extending our visas as we didn’t think we would make our flight due to the illness and staff didn’t know anything and were unable to signpost us to any support."

"I stayed here last year, and the hotel was quite shabby with its peeling wallpaper and dingy look. They have since remodeled, giving the rooms a very clean, modern feel. I wasn't feeling too great about giving them a second chance, but I'm so glad I did!"
