"I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. "

"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Staff is absolutely wonderful, I stayed 4 nights, they helped me with 2 full day excursions. they had 2 employees take us to a nice Batangas beach resort with white Sand , swimming, personal beach hut, good restaurant on that excursion all in their resort vehicle. One other excursion is an island hopping trip to Bauan beach (4,000 Php)area where they allowed us to have lunch at a resort called Destino’s(awesome place wow). "First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. "The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. "Had a wonderful stay at Summit Ridge! The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Check-in was smooth, and the front office team greeted us with genuine smiles. They provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Very,nice, staff, incredible. I would recommend this hotel to any one I know.the staff, food, convenience, and attentiveness, is very good. Ace, was a nice person for our escort to sky ranch. Had private walk way for sky ranch. The live music, for breakfast was very nice and took my request's. Pool side, was a guy who’s worked there for 15 years. Given the greatest pool side service. To ourselves. It’s. People like taal vista. The staff, front desk, and room service, I recommend taal resort for,a wonderful stay. Sincerely, sir Michael. "

"I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The price is very fair for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Tagaytay. I was one the 3rd floor and my view was very good I didn’t get a chance to check the view from a top floor window but I can tell it probably very beautiful. Most of all the incredibly pleasant staff. They are very genuine and eager to help, I felt very safe staying at the Wind."
