"We arrived in the evening. What a sight we had to welcome us! The beautiful pool was all lit up and the flowers around the pool looked stunning. The next morning we were all gobsmacked at how beautiful everything was. The photos do not do the property justice. The house is huge plenty of room for us 10. The location is beautiful, with lots of lovely walks for the dogs. Miriam is the loveliest lady too, she couldn’t do enough for us."

"Beautiful holiday home in gorgeous remote unspoilt village. The perfect getaway whilst still within easy reach of the incredible cities of Carcassonne and Miripoix. Warm and friendly hosts with owner living close by. 3 storey accommodation well equipped for the 6 of us plus toddler. The mountain breeze welcome relief to combat the 36 degree heat. "This property though simple was an excellent value. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Included breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the fortress. The only downside was the laundry. With only one machine with a very small drum and many long-term residents, I would not count on the machine's availability. If you need to do laundry, there is a very good commercial one about a half-mile from the hotel. "

"This gite is a lovely place to stay, nestled in a very quiet and pretty rural location. The home is next to a stream, with woodland and hills all around. You can go for a great walk straight from the front door, and there is a pleasant garden to sit in and enjoy the peace. The home itself is well furnished and cosy, and Patrick was very helpful and friendly for check in and any issues we had."
