"If you're with a smaller group (4-6) and involved with anything Mulberry River, this is a wonderful location. In addition to being about three minutes from Turner Bend (and about one minute from Highway 23, the property has its own river access if you're canoeing or kayaking.The property was squeaky-clean and had plenty of space. It also has three decks, so any time of day was a great time to hang outside. Well-stocked kitchen with any imaginable implement, along with a washer and drier. ...

"As soon as you walk in it is very inviting and clean! Nice, heavy duty furniture. Great mattresses and linens on the bed. Nice to have outdoor furniture. GREAT STAY! Super nice sheets. Great to have outside furniture! "

"Everything was fine but for the five German Shepherds at the house to the north. They kept us up at night and went completely ballistic if we tried to let our dog out in the back yard."

"The house was perfect! It was not far from our friend’s house and we were able to visit. The house had ample kitchen supplies to cook with and amenities that we needed. I would have swept the floor if I could have found a broom. I would recommend this place to any visitors. "

"The corner cottage was extremely clean with lots of delightful amenities. The pool table was a big hit especially for the older boys. The fish were biting at the pond unfortunately we didn’t catch them. But enjoyed the time trying. Overall well pleased with our stay. "
