"Great little 1 bedroom place that’s walkable to downtown Palo Alto. Owners did ask to remove shoes during the stay, which I respect as I am someone who doesn’t wear outdoor shoes in my own home, but the floors were too dirty to ask this of someone. Our socks became filthy. Nothing a better cleaning crew couldn’t correct and the place was clean and tidy besides that. "

"Stayed here for a few days for a conference at the Computer History Museum. Lovely 30min walk to/from. The room was clean, kitchen surprisingly well stoked, and the bed was very comfy. In a quieter area as I slept with the windows open and had no issues. Biggest fan I've seen outside for a room that does a great job moving air around."

"Great experience! The building is older, but the apartment itself is very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. We were there for two days but it would work well for a longer stay as well. Dedicated parking space, which came in handy in this neighborhood. Close to Starbucks and restaurants on El Camino Real, but quiet, safe neighborhood. Checkin/Checkout was a very smooth process. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"This bottom floor apartment was situated in a great neighborhood that is currently being re-gentrified. The apartment is an older building and had someone staying above us that was up all hours of the night. You can hear them walking around and my 89-year old mother wasn't comfortable being woken up. The communication was excellent by the Property Manager. Overall, this place is situated in perfect part of Palo Alto because my daughter works for a business one block away. "

It's a bit challenging to find at first and the instructions for the lock sent me in the wrong direction, but everything else worked, even if dated (example: electric plugs not grounded in the living room, so you can't plug in your computer). It's in a nice setting, easy to walk to Castro Street, little bodega at the corner, very clean, parking provided. No problems."

"This location was strongly suggested as a safe place to stay by our relative that lives in the area, and he was 100% correct. We always felt safe there! Our host was very personable and helpful and even let us check in three hours early because of our early flight (and the unit had completed the cleaning process). He had everything in the unit that we could have wanted. There were seven adults that stayed here and we loved it. We would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to visit...
