"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. "House is huge!! Has almost everything you need! We stayed over the thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time ! Hot tub was 😍!!! I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub but was fairly clean and looked very inviting. Back yard was big and had a nice size bbq and pretty lightning. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. "Very nice house and location. The house is very spacious, cozy, a lot of amenities. The beds size description are wrong though, there are only queen bed and the rest are double beds. Two of the beds, the futons are worn out and does not support body when sleep. They should really change the downstair bathroom lock because it is very hard to lock. Overall, we loved it. Highly recommended. "
