"We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location was perfect for our group of friends trip to Virginia Tech, with an easy and quick drive to the campus. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our group of 8. The kids especially loved the puzzles and games provided, which kept them entertained for hours. Having stayed at the Little Blue Cottage in the winter 2021 to take our Hokie skiing at Winterplace, we knew this house would be ideal for a multi day stay and a place to park our trailer and once done moving, tube the New River at the New River Junction campground next store. "This is a quaint cabin on a peaceful country road with a bubbling creek running behind it. Perfectly clean, well equipped. The host, Amy was super nice and accommodating (she saved our biscuits when we misplaced our key and need an assist). If you are into history, The cabin is made of hand hewn timbers from the mid-1800’s and was moved and rebuilt onsite. Oh, the stories that place could tell…!! "
