"I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. "

"This unit was spotless, well appointed, and very comfortable. It is cold in there, and you have to dress appropriately to be comfortable. The floors are painted cement, so heavy socks, or slippers should be packed! I loved having the goat experience outside my doors. I would definitely stay here again. The owners are very receptive to communication and feedback."

"We love the Blue Bungalow. This was our second stay. It is well-equipped in all respects. Two full bathrooms set it apart from many similarly-sized options. The eat-in kitchen is great….we cooked, reheated leftovers, and sometimes used the table as a desk.Downtown is walkable although we mostly drove over this time. Winter is a less crowded time on the forest trails, which we love. It’s an easy drive to/from Pisgah or DuPont forests.We appreciate all that the hosts have done to make the bungalow...
