"We were only there for one night for a concert so we were only at the space to sleep but the location was great, the space was very clean and the communication with the host was great! The only downside is the parking is extremely tight and we didn’t even have a large SUV, but we figured that out too and still had a great stay!"

"The property looked great just like the pictures on the website. The area was okay. Could maybe use 2 more TV’s in two of the bedrooms. I have college students and not enough to go around. And the Attic bedroom is really nice but could use a ceiling fan."

"Rented this property since it was pretty close to the arena and it was fantastic...close to good food, just outside the city and near the campus. Safe area with the option of back alley parking or front street which was always available.the host answered questions quickly and was helpful with area recommendations.....overall great time and great house"

"My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great."

"The area of this property is not the greatest, but the neighborhood seems to be in a renovation process and its starting to come together. This property if very clean and comfortable to be in. My family and i felt safe and had a great time"

" Had no issues with the place itself and 2nd time we have stayed. The area itself can be loud late into the night but of course that's no fault of the owners. Had one small issue with parking QR code and it was quickly resolved so the customer service is great. We would stay again personally as we like the walking distance to everywhere you need just be aware it's in a very active area of town with close bars that go well into the night "

"From the minute we arrived, til the moment we left this place it was perfect! Tina was available for questions and was most gracious. We were here for a cheer comp at the expo center. The location was close (a 7 min drive), just the best place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely come back when we can enjoy the outdoor patio area, drink some wine, and enjoy spring weather instead of cold & rain! Cozy, super clean & fabulous home!"

"Property was very nice and felt like an apartment. The kitchen was stocked with (limited) essentials. Parking was easy once you understood what was needed. Communication with the host company was difficult. During the stay, the shower only got luke-warm and the bed was rather low and uncomfortable. Aside from that we liked the property."
