"Great stay. Property was as described, clean and easily accessible to most of the sites to see. I want to give a huge shout out to Ayana. After my stay, I left an envelope of cash at the property. I realized it and contacted her to retrieve it. She contacted her cleaner who found it. She sent the balance back to me through Zelle. Props to Ayana! I highly recommend staying at her property. "We stayed at this home Christmas week. It proved the perfect base for family aged 87 to 16. There was room enough for everyone to spread out. Commuications were excellent and host was very responsive. Our goal was to be able to have both traditional holiday dinners and gatherings and the adventure of exploring monuments and museums.The set up would also be convenient for families with younger children. If you want plush spa towels and fine linens - like you might expect at a hotel - bring them....

"The place was adequate for our stay and what we had to do was good location. However, the most important part the beds were horrible, unfortunately. We didn’t even stay the last night."

"House was clean, well lit, and had spacious rooms including a very large and well-equipped kitchen. The private parking spot accessible from the alley behind the house is very convenient but a bit tricky to pull into. The one issue in the kitchen was that there was no coffee pot, so had to be creative to make coffee. Location was close to groceries and restaurants and very convenient for getting anywhere in DC. "A gem of a townhouse where family could get together. Furnishings and appliances are high end and practically new. The house was newly painted with classic furnitures.It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Joshua , the owner is very attentive with any needs and concerns we might have. Next time we are in this part of Maryland, we would be happy to book this townhouse again. We really had a great time. It felt like home."

"Wonderful stay for a mixed family of 7 for Spring Break in DC!! The house was spacious, slept our group comfortably, and had every amenity we needed. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and there were multiple extra sets of linens for bathing. The house, built in 1906, has been beautifully updated. Each bathroom fully met our needs. "The room was super clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable. Room had a nice view of the street. Even the hallways were nice, well decorated, well lit and good smelling. Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The restaurant— Divino had good food. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be staying here again. "
