"I booked tru Expedia for two nights because the pictures posted online seems okay but when you get to the area. The outside premises is dirty, trashy and needs repair and gives you a feeling of uneasiness and unsafe place to stay. No refund policy but since I paid almost $10 for the insurance on that booking my credit card wasn’t charge $183 for the two nights that I didn’t use. "

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"1st sight was a little sketched out. Property is not perfect. The inside of the house was very nice. Lots of room we were a party of 8 all ages and if was comfortable for all of us. The back porch could most definetly use some work, but we just sat outside. The owner was very nice and let us in a little early. Close to everything. So there was no problems there. "
