"All I can say is wow this hotel really impressed us. My family and I came up for the evening and let me tell you we usually stay at different hotels near the area in Jackson so this was our first time staying here so we wasn't for sure how it was going to be but let me tell you the moment we walked in it was nice and clean the front desk lady was very helpful and welcoming. It was a very easy check in and whenever we got to our room it was very nice and really clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was really quiet there at night I can say I got the best sleep I had in a long time. We got up in the morning and went down to have breakfast which could have been better but it was good enough for my family. Thank you so much to the lady that helped us at the front desk you are very nice and welcoming and from now on when we come back to Jackson to visit we will be staying here for sure"

"The check in staff was so helpful, happy and kind. The check in made me feel special. The room was clean and quiet. I have stayed in nicer budget hotels, but for an overnight stay in Placerville it was completely worth it. Coffee machine and fridge in room. A comfortable bed and aircon and heater was quiet, worked well and ended up being a cozy stay. Kudos to the woman who checked me in "
