We were late getting there, and the staff was courteous enough to call me to check on me and when i let them know that I was running late, they said no problem and held our room for us. My husband was having problems walking and the lady staff noticed and came help me get him into the hotel. "

"The staff was wonderful. The bedroom was pretty good. Mostly cleaned well but, the bathroom needs a little TLC updating. The worst part was the flaking rust from the door frame. Who uses metal in a bathroom? LOL"

"Room was nice and extremely roomy. It was like a small apartment. With a full kitchen and full appliances including dishwasher, it was very nice. I also appreciated the separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen, it was especially helpful with kids. I also appreciated the little things like the fact that the rooms kitchen area was stocked with plates, cups, silverware and a roll of paper towels. It had everything you always need but don’t have typically at a hotel. Price was a little higher, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff was very good and very nice, they also were very helpful and attentive. The only thing that could improve this hotel experience would be for them to heat the pool for the kids, because it was cold, but that is hardly a real concern. The hotel is new, but the staff is very good, the room is top notch and very roomy, and is also very clean. Checking in and out is a breeze, and I especially appreciated the standard checkout time being noon, that way everyone can sleep in and not be rushed out at 9 or 10am. Overall a great experience, that’s why we chose to stay at this hotel again, because we had a great experience the first time, and this time was no different. I highly recommend staying here, it’s worth the extra cost."
