"Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out. The house was tidy, had an excellent layout, and was well appointed with utensils, appliances etc. Being right beside a right of way to the beach is a real plus with kids, and there’s no excuse for not going for a morning walk! My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room). I stay here regularly,...
