"Unprofessional as. Whole appartment looked like it was furnished from the dump. 10 condoms in the bathroom. One of the beds looks like it was from a 80s porno. No keys for the room. Tv didnt work. Besides that the view was nice."

"Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out. The house was tidy, had an excellent layout, and was well appointed with utensils, appliances etc. Being right beside a right of way to the beach is a real plus with kids, and there’s no excuse for not going for a morning walk! But thanks to the owner and Homeaway who pulled through in at the last minute I was able to relax. The Batch is beautiful, location is prime easily accessable to the Mount and Tauranga. The beach on your doorstep and the deck just made everything. Thank you so much for making my weekend."
