"This is a tidy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit on a quiet street in Merivale. It is walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed: TV, Wi-fi, nice size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is very good value. Our only complaints were it was not always easy to contact the host, and, there were no instructions left on how to use the TV or the coffee maker. "A beautiful modern home with gorgeous views! It would have been nice to stay longer. 2 small issues - we had a cold night and a few extra blankets would have been nice. Also, we're filtered coffee drinkers, there was no instructions on how to use the Nescafe machine, and no viable filter coffee option. "A fantastic option for anyone looking to explore the city. It’s within easy walking distance to the city center, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄.
