"It happened to be a very rainy day so we could not enough enjoy what this place was offering like a swimming pool and sunbathing! Then again the restaurant staff was very nice and took good care about us! "

Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."

"When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!"
