Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11. We rushed to get out by 11 and left a stuffed animal behind. I’ve reached out and not heard back. "

"This was an average hotel. It looked like they were doing some renovations: repainting the woodwork and walls. There was no chain on the door. The door was difficult to get closed. It was quiet and comfortable."

"Cragun's is an old-fashioned family resort. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. They have great customer service. Our original cabin had an issue, so they promptly moved us to a new, similar cabin, and the new cabin was perfect."

"A very nice property that has lots of amenities. I do wish our room had more storage. Only two hangers in the closet. Could have used hooks and bench by the door for hats and jackets. A dresser for clothes would have been nice, especially since there were such limited hangers in the closet. Also would’ve appreciated the option of having recycling available in our room."

"The location was great. It's really out dated but I that's what I like about it. It's clean and quiet and the price was right."
