"The only real complaint I have is that in my five days of staying, we only got room service once. I do not recall this being mentioned in the listing, but either way, we enjoyed our stay; it was close to many attractions we planned for. It was very clean as well."

"Really enjoyed staying here due to the location. Everything was within walking distance and the local area felt safe at all times. The property needs some work - the oven didn't work, the shower is hard to use and the beds were very uncomfortable. Needing a phone to enter the property was okay, but it was very temperamental."

"The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The host Ava had already heated the apartment for us so it was great when we arrived. Our host was extremely helpful and the apartment location was perfect , right near all we had wanted to visit with plenty of restaurants , pubs and cafe's nearby. We would love to visit again ! Thank you Ava for a lovely experience !"

"Well equipped and close to amenities and metro. Short stay so washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven , microwave not needed. Some minor repair of damage on walls , crack in widow required. The apartment did suffer from street noise throughout night, otherwise comfortable for sleep. Room access by app on mobile phone somewhat stressful - concern over loss of charge. A socket adaptor for uk plugs on site would have been appreciated."

"We had problems getting in wirh the code supplied but tjis was quickly resolved. The apartment was clean, new and quite luxurious. It had its own balcony that looked over an internal courtyard. "The apartment inside was very nice. Getting into the property was a challenge with 2 key codes and 4 locks which needed relocking when we were in the apartment. Only gripe was that the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on and as this was advertised as a 2 bed, it needed to be a bit better."

"Small studio (we stayed in studio #1) that relies on a loft bed for space-saving, but very well organized, functional, clean, quiet, everything in good repair and working well. It was a winter and rather cold outside, but the studio was warm and the shower nice and hot. The only deficiency: the building used to be glorious but now in a sad condition and badly needs remodeling. Getting thru the building and into the studio was a somewhat spooky experience. "

"The facilities were very comfortable and we knew exactly what to expect. It was helpful that the desk was staffed 24/7 to enable us to leave luggage after arriving early in Budapest in the morning. Check in was only between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, which meant interrupting our sightseeing to come back to check in. With the desk being staffed all the time, I don't see why they could not be more flexible. "

The hosts were extremely helpful with their recommendations, arranging transportation, hosting a dinner, and giving local tips, maps, and guides. The layout was great, the beds and showers were comfortable, and the location was amazing and convenient. We felt very safe and more like a local than a tourist. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends traveling together. "

"Great property around the corner from the St Stephen’s Basilica. Perfect for city exploration for short stays but also the fully equipped kitchen I’m sure would be great for long stays. Restaurants and chimney cake shops next to the hotel. A perfect base for us during our travel of Budapest. "

"Great location. Spent 5 days here and loved every minute. The convenience of the apartment was ideal. Central with bus to the airport over the road. Great park for kids nearby and plenty of places to eat. The only thing that bugged me about the apartment was the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. A small detail but would have been nice to have one near some natural light. Overall an ace lace to stay and will definitely be back, thank you. "

"I unfortunately had to quarantine the entire 5 days that i stayed here due to having covid. However, the staff was so kind and accommodating to help with this. They don't typically offer room service but made an exception for me. They were fast to bring me any supplies that i needed, asked how i was feeling, and even offered to go to the pharmacy for me. The location was very convenient ans the food was wonderful. When i indefinitely go back to Budapest, as i did not get to experience it this time, I will absolutely be staying at Hotel Vision. "
