"The house is in need of important improvements. The garage door worked only one time the 6 days we were there. Therefore we had to manually open and close the door each time coming and going. We also had an issue with the digital lock key pad on both front and back doors. They simply weren’t working and one day we were locked out. They were such a problem that the host came by to give us a regular key. A mirror fell off the back of a bedroom door day 2 out of the blue and the first 3 minutes...

"Nice and very clean, over all a quite neighbor hood, about 1 hour drive to Destin, and hour plus to Pensacola. There are a couple of stores in walking distance. We didn't need anything, just bring your food. First time renting a VRBO and we will do it again. "

This rental is awesome.. it is well planed for small group gatherings. The layout allows for easy access to the outside. The quality of interior is high end. The host is very accommodating. "

"My daughter and I were in the area for a wedding at Laurel Hill which was about 15 minutes down the road. This was perfect for our short stay. We felt safe and had everything we needed. "

"I brought my three kids and two dogs to Niceville to avoid a hurricane. This home was the perfect spot for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fenced backyard. The location was great for enjoying Destin and fishing in Niceville. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and hope to come back soon!"

"The host was very responsive both with questions about the area as well as with any questions we had at the house. It was very nice and allowed for fun bonding and resting time. Great backyard area where you can have smores and chill at night. Having a considerate and flexible host made this trip even better! Highly recommend!"

"This house was enormous and had floor to ceiling windows along the entire back walls - even the master bedroom - we loved waking up to a view of the bay and seeing the pelicans, heron, osprey,eagles and dolphins fishing and feeding! The property has Great privacy and lovely small beach area, huge deck and pet friendly! "

"Nice neighborhood with lots of shopping/eating options close by. Not too far from beaches and attractions. Dishes/cookware/utensils, towels and bedding also there Along with washer and dryer. TVs in rooms Everything worked as it should have."

"Eden Mansion was amazing for our family. It’s beautiful inside and out. The pool was great my youngest grandson didn’t want to get out for anything lol. It was nice to have space so if someone wanted to stay up later than others you have your own space for peace and quiet."

"The rooms themselves are very clean, its evident they are remodeling but the outsides of the rooms are in disrepair. Only minor complaint I have is i requested an upper floor room prior to checkin and was told that would be accommodated but they have me a lower floor room. Not worth taking a star off for but just mentioning it. Otherwise no complaints."
