Kiosk check-in/checkout. Front doors to US19 stayed open all night. Towels yellow, stains on comforter, limited breakfast with mold on bread(have a picture if needed). Stay Not recommended even for an overnight. Would like refund!

The property had a video reception. Every thing smelled good, seemed clean, almost too quiet, but the breakfast room was devoid of anything but neon cereal and waffle station. The expected hot and cold food storage, but no hot food and only a few yogurts in the cold case. No attendant, no way to summon anyone. Reporting at vid desk did nothing. If it hadn't been so close to where we were visiting, I'd left. But it was clean & quiet!

This was the first time that I checked in at a kiosk like this and it went very smoothly. The $100 incidental fee seems excessive, and we will see if it is refunded in a timely manner. Breakfast was sufficient and the overall stay was good.
