Needs some TLC
Overall stay was very pleasant. Pool was awesome and it was very easy to access. It was a perfect size for meals and gathering Feel that "sleeps 18" statement is misleading. There were beds for 10 people only and the 3 additional people we had were forced to make do on a standard (no pull out) sofa and recliner. There are several amenities that are not functional-no grill in pool room, gas grill outside didn't close fully. Bathroom in pool house didn't flush, recliners in theater room didn't work, ice makers in refrigerators not functional, TV in 2 bedrooms would not connect to internet, stools for table in kitchen all had broken legs. Several broken tiles in patio and deck also. Probably time for some maintenance on this property, but it was great for our needs and very clean

Property has a lot of potential
This property has a lot of potential. Main rooms are very spacious. Appliances in the kitchen are upgraded and working. The bathrooms and bedrooms need some love. Beds all need replaced. Things are clean but not deep cleaned. Black mold is growing in the basement bathroom and bedrooms. Shower curtains are stained orange. We had to wash some of the bedding. Soap dispensers were all almost empty. One toilet wasn’t working and faucet handle broken. I texted the host on Friday morning of the stay and got a reply after checkout on Sunday. Bathrooms don’t all have trash cans or trash bags. The kitchen is missing basic items, however they may have been poached in the past (No spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups are examples of things we assumed would be in the kitchen) Lots of broken or aged things through the property.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was as listed in the property description. The only issues we had were quickly taken care of by the property manager. The property could use some updating and a lot of TLC.

It was a great spot to celebrate my daughters sweet 15 and we all enjoyed everything it had to offer. I would definitely stay there again!

Very cool place, but Needs some TLC
This house has great potential. But it needs a deep cleaning in every room and some double checking on the house prior to the next wave of guests. I ended up washing all of the towels since the bathrooms still had used hanging towels left from the previous guests. Never did the the oven to work, but we improvised. We did not use the theatre room, but everything was unplugged and garbage was left in there from prior guests. This is still a beautuful place and we enjoyed ourselves completely. Lots of space for our needs.

The property was beautiful and very spacious.
The property was beautiful and very spacious. We had more than enough space. The grounds were well kept. There weren't many cleaning supplies on the property to use during our stay. We found some messes from previous tenants, but the owner was easy to talk to and didn't give us a hard time about anything. We would stay here again.

Our 2nd time
This is the second time we have stayed here. We enjoyed our stay. Are there improvements that could be done, yes. The house is huge and plenty of space for us all. The pool and the outdoor space is a big plus!! We enjoyed watching the neighbors' horses and cows as well. For the price, to us it is well worth it.

Pool was wonderful. Theatre room is awesome. Large yard for kids to run free. Trampoline was a hit. Large kitchen for cooking and two fridges for storing food.

Great time with family.
There was ample space for our family to spread out and enjoy ourselves! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fussball table. The internet only worked the first night of our visit but we made due in the theater room with some dvds we had with us. Thanks for a great time!

Great place for a warm swim during winter!
Great place for a winter getaway to get to be warm and swim in a private pool. Plenty of bedrooms and large gathering areas. The pool was heated and the indoor structure it was in stayed nice and warm and humid. You have the whole place to yourself. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and have a few takeout meals as well. Everyone was happy with the stay and will likely return again.

Overall got what we wanted, the theater room was unusable due to smell from wet carpet, everything else the owner was very responsive to any items we called her on. Would rent again for the price.

Had a great time loved the location just a few small issues. I don't believe I would try to use the bbq in the pool house. With young kids it would have been nice to have a broom. All and all I would gladly use the property agin.

Great family space!
We rented this home for the express purpose of getting all of our kids together for Christmas, which is no easy task. In addition, we invited extended family over for a post-Christmas get-together meal. It had been since before Covid that we had all seen each other, and the roomy house accommodated everyone perfectly. The heated pool was a huge hit for the kiddos ... from ages ranging from 4 to 12, I think there were nine of them splashing around together! All in all, it was a great winter get-away! Would recommend for any family event.

It's what you would expect for the price
We were worried from previous reviews, but it was very nice. A little outdated, but clean. The grill by the pool is not functioning, there's not a trampoline as pictured and the wifi was spotty, so we weren't able to stream anything to the theater room. But everything else was perfect.

Plenty of space.
First off I will say the place has plenty of rooms and the rooms were as advertised. The pool warmer was also working as advertised. It said in the description there is a hot tub, but the hot tub was closed when we rented. Also we had to manually ignite the gas stove, the oven didn't work. We found that to be an electrical short, and the landlord was called, came out, but couldn't do anything until a new unit was purchased. It fit our group of 10 perfectly and if their issues were corrected we would stay there again. All in all it was very good.

Pictures of beautiful barbecue and pool. Barbecue has board over it that says do not use. Pool area has slide and fire place. Slide busted and my granddaughter had to be taken to ER for staples in her foot. The only contact from host was for payment I had to call the day we were to check in for passcode. Our family has stayed many places this was the worst.

Expensive for what it is. Place was still dirty when we checked in. Missing a lot of basic essentials. Theater room didn’t work for first couple days we were there. They ultimately fixed it but didn’t provide any refund. I had to nag them over and over to get any response. Pool was in pretty decent shape but overall the place has seen better days. Alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason and woke everyone up including children. They said there was nothing they could do about it.
