"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. The accommodation was perfect with a/c in the bedrooms which was essential as it was 90+ degrees every day. The swimming pool was perfect and the children spent most of their time in it. Senor Laurenzo was always available for any questions we might have. He gave us the name of a wonderful chef Noce. She Cooked for us on 3 nights which was excellent! We thoroughly recommend this villa and we hope to come back!"

"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"Paula and Gianni are super nice, house was clean, rustic (i.e. no AC, but plenty of fans), super spacious and fun. I would highly recommend it. Calvi is probably one of the cutest towns in the vicinity and is 5 mins ride away."

"We really loved our holiday at Meridolio. The house is so well equipped and perfect for a multi generational family. We loved exploring the local villages and the many superb restaurants. The local train station also made it easy for visits to Rome and for getting to and from the airport. Jeanette and Francesco could not have been more helpful; when our family arrived at the airport and there was no car seat for our toddler grandson somehow they found one for us and delivered it to the house...

"The villa is beautiful with large, spacious rooms and a wonderful mixture of more modern and older pieces of furniture. The pictures just don't do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, cooking and serving dishes and enough cutlery, crockery and glassware to accommodate a small army! The outside areas are equally impressive with a wonderful loggia just off the kitchen for alfresco dining or chilling. The outside kitchen is also close by with its wood fired grill and...

"I am reluctant to give a good review because I would like to keep this place a secret but that would be unfair to the rest of the world. This was a wonderful country villa. My wife and I came here to unwind, relax and reconnect. It was a wonderful stay in a quite country setting. The view of the olive groves and vineyards is spectacular.
