"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...

"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."
