"We had a great time for NYC. Ensuring proper location that safe and convenient is critical to me when selecting a property. This location was excellent. Close to Times Square, subway stations, Bryant Park, etc. We choose this versus a hotel due to the space of our party of 5 - 2 adults, 3 teenagers. "Basic accommodation that has the essentials. Great location. Wifi worked intermittently. Can hear the street noise pretty clearly from the 7th floor. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Love the ease of checking in at Trump Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The service was excellent. This unit is located perfectly at Columbus circle with easy access to the subway and easy to walk to many attractions. We love the proximity to Central Park and the shops at Columbus circle. Unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and stunning views of the park and the city. "

"Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!"

" My family of 5 met in NYC to meet and celebrate my son's birthday. He lives in NYC but came to stay with us and his siblings. We had a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out but we were also able to spend time together in the living room. The property manager was SUPER responsive and attentive. We did feel VERY cold in the unit and the WiFi was very slow (neither of which I informed the property manager about but will so it can be resolved)."
