"Hotel rooms at the back of a large traditional local stone public house. Very good standard of room. Easy to park car park of a good size. Bus stops directly outside the hotel. 15mins walk to town centre. Check-in though was too slow, using staff that were occupied at the bar. Staff very friendly when eventually the lady arrived. Check-out also suffered by using staff from the pub area, although early in the morning the wait was not long."

"The Swan studios were ideal for what we wanted. Plenty of space inside with everything you need for the stay. Kettle, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Shower and bath with plenty of good hot water, tv, fridge, microwave and a comfortable double bed. Very little noise from outside and the car can be parked right outside the studio door. Ok if you do want to heat food up but not if you want to cook from scratch . Very close to Morpeth and easy access to A1 of coastal routes for touring and visiting attractions. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Premier Lodge Morpeth. The double room with en suite was clean & well presented. The Smart tv & free wifi was also pleasing. However the next time i stay at Premier Lodge Morpeth i will request room at rear of property to avoid noise from traffic ultimately."

"I will list the pros and cons of the property. Pros : The photos are a good reflection of the house. The beds are clean and comfortable. The decor is good. The kitchen is equipped well. Its a good base and its secure. The shower is hot and good. Cons The area is not the best, however it is safe and quiet As mentioned in the other review the flooring outside the downstairs bathroom is unstready. This wasnt explained but you turn thr boiler on in the kitchen. You need this for hot water in the shower and sinks. The cupboards in the kitchen only should have a lining so that they look better and more presentable, and every other room and outside are good.Overall id return and a good.stay. "

"The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days? There was no clear information about this requirement until after the booking was made, by which time we could not cancel. We assumed that due to the operation of a scheme like this everything would be pristine - it was not. We had to wash all the crockery and cutlery on our arrival ( we decided not to use the kitchen utensils during our stay ), the glasses in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned since the previous occupation, there was human hair in the bedside cabinet drawers and bathroom floor. Our final communication from the company managing the property was to leave the property clean when we left. This was tricky as the only cleaning materials provided were an old pot scrubber, some window cleaner, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets ( photos attached ), the last two items being of no use as there was neither a dishwasher or a washing machine in the property. This has the potential to be an excellent property - lots of space and light and a good location. Sadly it is not."
