"Our stay in this house was wonderful. Francesco, the owner, is a dynamic and warm person who is easy to deal with and always available if you need him. He helped us with dinner reservations, cabs and connected us to the most amazing tour guide in Milan. He provided a chef for breakfasts and for several dinners. He sent us to an amazing winery that was near the Swiss border. Anything we needed was addressed. The house is beautiful. The setting is amazing! There were 6 of us and there was room to...

"Brilliant! Perfect for family groups. wonderful villa with exquisite gardens and plenty of playing space for kids. Lovely pool (but very deep - kids need to be watched). Rooms are large and comfortable. Wonderful views over the lake. Very close to bus stop and train station. Close to Lago Piazza with good restaurants (but none open in early morning), rocks for jumping into the lake, lovely outlook. Allis good but would have been nice if fans had been provided (very inexpensive) during the hot...

"We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"Lorella has a beautiful home and is a beautiful host. We felt welcomed and cared for - the home was kid friendly, we loved the playroom, she had all the amenities we needed for cooking, and the rooms were comfortable. I LOVED that she provided a drip coffee maker and coffee + milk to help us get through until we learned our way an around. The location is a short drive into Bellagio. We did walk once but would not recommend due to the uphill climb back and requirement to walk on busy roads...

"The property was lovely and the are very quiet. It was very difficult to locate and parking was an issue. The hot water in the shower was an issue and not enough kitchen facilities to wash up if you cook."
