"The property photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual property. The kitchen, dining and bathrooms were totally different from the photos. They also said the spa was private but in fact all other rooms surrounding the property could see us. Also upon arrival there were no gowns so we didnt use the spa, whichwas one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. "Minutes away from the beach and center of Rye yet in a peaceful and quiet location. All we heard were birds. Tasty deco. My wife likes the shampoo but I am indifferent as I have no hair. "

"The accommodation is a self contained one bedroom cottage which is clean and well presented. The hosts were absent but in contact regularly to check on my progress. Their son let me in to the property and showed me around. My only issue was that it was further from the shops at Point Lonsdale than I thought. Around 2kms so more than a short walk. "
