"Had such a lovely 2 weeks stay at the property everyone was so friendly - the place was perfect the only difficult part was getting around from there because you can walk to places but it’s quite long so it’s very useful to have a car."

The apartment is on the main road between Vieux-Fort and Souffriere and you definitely need a car to get to the places such as the beach in Laborie. "We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable but what really sets it apart is the location - the views over the bay, the sunsets, the boat life are all just wonderful. We just lived on the balcony and were visited by local birds every day and listened to the tree frogs sing. We found the villa spotless and very spacious: the kitchen was well appointed and there was a balcony/terrace on both floors. As there was just the two of us we enjoyed having separate shower rooms :) Location wise the villa is ideal. A well stocked supermarket is a stones' throw away and there's a 10 minute stroll to the shops and top restaurants.. In all we were very satisfied...

"The overall experience was good for the property itself and we found the manager to be accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We also found Laborie (the local village) to be wonderful, with friendly people and an awesome local beach. Check-out was easy and super no-fuss. There were a couple of things that detracted from the stay, however. The kitchen could have been cleaner on check-in some of the plugs might not have been working, and the oven took over an hour to pre-heat to 350F....

"Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again."

Bryan the (amazing) security guard is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and a fantastic guy to talk to, overall the views are incredible, it’s clean and has the most wonderful staff.
