"Great place if you are looking for a quiet get away. Hotel is right on the beach with a great shack for food and drinks. The only disadvantage is its location as a Morjim is slightly away from the more happening anjuna and baga."

"It was a terrible stay. This hotel is fooling people. I used my most expensive reward nigh for this and it turned out to be a worst hotel I ever stayed. There were no other guest (no wonder!). staff was limited, in fact only manager and one other person was there. The deck on the river front was missing.
