"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."

The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. "I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."
