"Everything in this listing is exactly as advertised. The cabin is great and we especially appreciated the spectacular view and sunsets. And having paved roads all the way is comforting for Blue Ridge novices. The hosts are amazingly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful cabin, well appointed with lots of special amenities. Game room was fun. Hot tub was delightful on a cold evening watching the sunset. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere. This cabin was perfect for a romantic retreat for two, and would also easily accommodate and be diverse enough for a large family with varying ages. We were very happy here and wish we could have stayed longer! "

"We very much enjoyed our short little vacation here! This is a lovely cabin, very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and private. We enjoyed the amenities like the game room, hot tub, comfy furniture, both inside and on the porch. The hosts even provided plenty of kitchen towels, detergent, toilet paper, bath towels, blankets, etc. The only possible negative is that it is located out in the “boonies,” but that’s really not a bad thing!"

"The cabin is quite lovely. The main floor is a great gathering place. Plenty of room in the kitchen for prepping and cooking. We brought all of our food and beverages so that we didn’t have to make any unnecessary trips- our host informed us that stores were not convenient. He was right! There was plenty of seasoned firewood and we enjoyed cozy fires each night. I was the lucky one who stayed in the master suite. It was spacious,well-appointed, uniquely decorated, and I felt quite guilty not sharing it! Plenty of thermostats to keep comfortable in all areas and floors. The weather was cold and rainy, and we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fireplace or hot tub. A good thing to know- the hot tub is drained and refilled after each renting. Had we had one more day, we would have enjoyed the hot tub. For women who “don’t do hot tubs”, that’s saying a lot! I would absolutely recommend the Moosemac Cabin!"
