"This property had all of the amenities I was looking for. The kids loved the pool and game room. There were also many extra things that I was pleasantly surprised to see like beach chairs and umbrellas, a dog bed and dog bowl, as well as toys for small children to play with! I really loved watching all of the different wildlife in the canal (safely from my fenced in yard lol). The only issue with the one gate of the fence located on the side of the property is that if you have a small dog they may get out up under the gate like mine did. Luckily we were able to catch her, but definitely do not leave small dogs unattended! The only other negative thing I have to say is that the neighbor on the other side of the canal (located on a different street), unfortunately had an offensive sign in his back yard facing the canal. Thankfully there was no altercation, just something to keep in mind. Other than this the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! All in all I loved this location more than I can express! Great location, price, space, great communication from day 1, and would definitely book again! Thank you so much!"

"We were there for a family emergency. The home was immaculate. Lilian and her husband have put so much into the home to make it comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and people waived when they walked by. Stores and restaurants are close by. The beach is really close also. We will stay again when we are in the area."

"Property was super nice. Owners were easy to communicate with. Had an issue with the AC but the owners were quick to try and get the issue resolved. This was close to my son in Florida so it was perfect for us!!!!"
