"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. The property has only a few rooms, but the one we got on the ground floor was very large and inviting, with its own library of books. "Room was clean and spacious. Patio was relaxing, and foyer lovely. Breakfast vouchers to nearby cafe were provided since staff were limited. Clear instructions to find the B&B and how to get through the three doors were provided. Communications was excellent. Town felt deserted when we arrived on Saturday.
