"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. Clear instructions to find the B&B and how to get through the three doors were provided. Communications was excellent. Town felt deserted when we arrived on Saturday.
