"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "Pleasant hotel for a short stay, the room was spacious, clean and quiet (perfect after a long day). Location is out of the city area but serviced very well by the public bus service. If staying here, make sure you have everything you need before you arrive, I didn't find any shops locally. Miriam (the Owner) was hospitable, and able to advise on local transport links and places to spend the evenings. If passing through Brno and want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, try here."
