"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. If staying here, make sure you have everything you need before you arrive, I didn't find any shops locally.
