"Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. "Very comfortable for a short winter break. Jacuzzi Sea view rooms excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet dining room and evening entertainment was entertaining! Perfect location for the old town."
