AC inn every sleepingroom, but not in the livingroom. There are fans in the livingroom. The house is inn a hilly area. Good view, but not amacing view. You have direct sun from about 0930-2000"

The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home).
