"Came here and looking for a peaceful place away from the city and this place didn’t disappoint. large home but very cozy. Wanted to spend a little bit more time outside, but luckily there was a storm with horrible winds and couldn’t stay outside for long. But made the best of it Inside watching movies, snacking having a couple drinks and relaxing. The only thing missing is at least having one TV in a room."

"I loved that the proximity between each neighbor was a bigger distance so it didn't feel like we were all forced to stare at each other everyday. The amenities provided was really nice. The only downfall was the location. There wasn't too much to do or see. The kitchen was lacking pots & pans. Alternating between one small pot and one medium sized pan was a struggle, but it was nice that the plates were safe to use as another cooking device (steaming). Overall, definitely will book again for the escape from the cities. At least now knowing the space and items provided, is know what to bring for myself the next time around. "

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house for my son’s 10th birthday celebration. The property is perfect for families! The converted garage served as a fun rec room with lots of games, keeping the kids entertained for hours. The floors are also heated! Upstairs, there was a spacious living area with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The main house was equally impressive, with cozy bedrooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The best part, though, was the breathtaking view of the lake—absolutely gorgeous! The owners were so friendly and quick to help with any questions we had, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had such a fantastic time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for a memorable family getaway."

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming home, just 30 minutes from Duluth—a perfect escape from the busyness of the city. The three-bedroom layout was ideal for me and my two teens, providing plenty of space to relax. The character of this old house is truly special, and we felt so cozy and comfortable throughout our stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a few meals. Having coffee machine and coffee available was a thoughtful touch! While we didn’t take advantage of the laundry facilities, it was great to have the option.Although the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for evening strolls, the neighborhood looked like a lovely place to explore. Overall, this home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and I’d absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a cozy and character-filled retreat!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. After getting about 6" of snow, i ended up stuck in the driveway. NOT the hotels fault, the county hadn't been there yet to clean the parking lot when i had to leave. The young man on duty did everything he could to get me unstuck. Rooms were very clean and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Would definitely stay again "
