"Nicole was a fantastic host. We stayed in spring the temps were in transition between cool and hot so we were comfortable there. Nicole was communicative and house was very well provisioned in terms of kitchenware, pantry, toiletries, linen etc. We probably had some user error issues with dishwasher long washes, stove (I wasn't first to use so placard was on the side) or microwave, but nothing we couldn't work around - never enough time on a short weekend trip to read instructions. "Comfortable and quiet small house behind (I assume) the owner's main house. Private outdoor area, comfortable beds, proper kitchen, overall good value and nice place to stay. Parking is on street but immediately outside the house."
