"the property is in a great location and we enjoyed the convenience of the jetty and access to water taxis. The bench seat cushions were grubby and need either cleaning or an upholstery makeover. In addition, the hosts provide plenty of information- the number of warning notes about infringements and extra payments were however excessive and detract from relaxation, as this was made very clear prior to being accepted as guests. "The house was clean, tidy, well set up and well presented. Upstairs has its own bedroom, en-suite bathroom and office area. It also has the deck that features in the photos overlooking the ocean. Downstairs are 3 double bedroom and a 4th bedroom with multiple single bunks. On the assumption that there are 8 people downstairs, the single bathroom/toilet (combined) can get congested. Of course the upstairs bathroom can be shared, but we found that generally people downstairs were reluctant...
