"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"Really enjoyed our two nights here - Dorothee and family have a gem of a property in their garden. We loved the parking and private access via the bridge running over the river Vienne passing by the side of the property. Well placed for visiting the coast - Veulle Les Roses a lovely village and well worth a visit. Just over 2 hours from Calais so useful to break a journey."

"Wonderful artwork is available for purchase from the very creative mind of the owner’s husband. The kitchen was well supplied and the outdoor space is exceptional. The stairs are quite steep and the children’s beds are softer and were better for us (sore backs). The yard (and home) is absolutely beautiful. The light chimes from the local church (silenced at night) added to the ambience of bird chirping…"

"My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay for a long weekend away from Paris. The property is very well maintained and is well situated for exploring the Normandy area. It's great for small kids in particular, as you have a private yard with a playground and sand pit. "Overall a great stay. Just what we needed for a week of doing nothing in a cosy, beautiful big house. If you want to get away from reality for a while this is the place. House was a perfect size for me and my family! We stayed here for Christmas and it is just what we wanted. "Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "
