"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "We had a wonderful week in this villa in May. The pool area is lovely and a selection of nice outdoor spaces sunny and shady with outdoor BBQ. Inside the villa cool and well equipped. We enjoyed exploring this area of Majorca and the local town had bakery and some restaurants."

"We enjoyed our stay in this villa - it is great if you want the authentic Majorca. The villa was a good size and exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the pool which was large. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the chickens and sheep (and yes even the cockerel!). It was a little way to the more touristy areas but we liked that and the town of Campanet nearby was great for a drink in the evening or a meal if you wished. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group...

"We loved staying at Maria's house. Everything is as described in the listing (better, in fact). We will return without doubt. Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful with regard to booking restaurants and advising on beaches and locations. It is also a peaceful location. Sure, you need a car to get around, but you would be crazy to not explore all the amazing places on the island - so you need a car wherever you stay I think. "Had a fantastic week. The location is peaceful as suggested in the title. The pool is fantastic. Horses chilling in the adjacent field. Just lovely. Decor is charming and authentic rather than modern. It has a homely feel. We slept well!!! Close to town for shopping. 10 minutes from the beach. Andres is a charming host.
